The house view

Fewer pieces. Better made. Whole.

You do not need more. You need what you need, and for it to last. So we make less, from named material, by hand, in short runs, and we stay with the piece after you take it home.

Beige woven cloth folded into a soft swirl, the weave visible across every fold

Cloth is judged in the hand

Hold the cloth.

So we hung a swatch here. Take a corner and pull. Let go and watch it settle back on its clips.

Study 03At launch

Swatch studies in photographed texture. The edition itself is photographed at launch.

Inspection

Look closer.

The loupe shows the photograph at its native pixels and goes no further. Move it across the weave.

Made by hand

From thread to piece.

  1. 01 · Select

The material comes first. Organic cotton, linen or recycled fibre, chosen before the drawing.

  2. 02 · Cut

The pattern is laid to leave as little as it can. What remains is kept for reuse.

  3. 03 · Sew

Sewn with local artisans, in runs small enough to know each piece.

  4. 04 · Finish

Finished so it can be mended. This piece is repaired, not replaced.
